Orto Parisi perfume was founded by world-renowned perfumer Alessandro Gualtieri. He first approached perfume in a laboratory located in Germany. After that encounter, he started his journey of perfumery. Orto Parisi is a gift from Alessandro Gualtieri to his grandfather Vincenzo Parisi. It is also used to remember his memories of playing in his grandfather's garden when he was a child; Orto means "garden" in Italian, and Parisi is his grandfather's surname. He once said: "Each of our bodies is like a garden, and the smell it emits is like a mirror, reflecting our soul and nature. "Perfumer Alessandro Gualtieri's high respect for the art of smell is also through thinking about natural taste and people's perception of fragrance. Sensitivity is reflected, and every creation is a process of communication between him and himself. Alessandro Gualtieri boldly creates fragrances with earthy, woody, leathery and human scents. Alessandro Gualtieri has worked with famous brands such as Versace, Fendi, Helmut Lang and more.

The parts of the body that carry more smell are those where more soul is collected. The strong smells have become unpleasant to us, because the excess of soul is intolerable to the extent that our innate animalism is repressed and breaking from civilisation. This project is the garden which Alessandro Gualtieri has planted, fertilized, cultivated and harvested. Orto Parisi states that our body is experienced like a garden and it smells are a true mirror of our soul. All Orto Parisi fragrances are hidden in a box that opens up into a metropolis and reveals an infinite hole of the centre. The bottle is inspired by a flask, vessel of liquids to satisfy your thirst. Labelled by “Savile Row Tweed Paper” with a very fine herringbone structure. The herringbone is a symbol of masculine elegance. The cap is made of solid metal with different treatments based on alchemical processes. The inlay of the top is a product of nature.
